Is it safe?
Our trains travel at slow speed, and are safe for kids of all ages. However, we do ask that kids 3 and under ride with an adult for added safety.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured!
Do you provide the train engineer/driver?Yes. Our train is driven by experienced engineers. The train will be delivered prior to the event and set up by the Engineer who will stay for the entire rental time. At the end of the event the engineer will take the train down, load it back on the trailer and haul it away. How many riders can the train accommodate?
On average, the trains can accommodate up to 10 adults or 20 children. Does it need tracks?
No, it does not! The Desert Express Trains are trackless that can go on side walks, pathways, roadways, parking lots or practically any flat surface! Are food and drink allowed on the train?
Drinks are allowed, but for safety reasons food is not allowed. What if it rains on the day of the event?
In the case of event cancellation due to weather, no payment is due if cancelled in advance. We recommend checking the weather forecast prior to the event so you can reschedule or cancel if needed.
